低脂肪富含蛋白質的雞胸肉，為減重犬隻的健康選項，搭配新鮮薄荷與檸檬調味，為狗狗們增添豐富層次的清新好滋味。





#### **食材準備** **(實際用量可依寵物體型與食用天數調整)**

雞胸肉…………250g

檸檬…………半顆

新鮮薄荷…………少許



### **料理步驟**

❶雞胸肉清洗後，把多餘脂肪與筋挑掉，放進夾鏈袋中，用拍肉錘或是家中鐵槌，將肉拍打成肉泥狀。

❷將新鮮薄荷葉切碎，灑於肉泥上。

❸切半顆檸檬擠出檸檬汁，醃肉泥約10～15分。

❹準備烘培紙鋪於天然食物乾燥機的層板上，將剛醃漬好的肉泥，取出小丸狀並用手擠出多餘的湯汁，將肉泥鋪在烘培紙上，用手指將肉泥擠壓成薄片形狀。

❺以71°C烘約4～5小時後，美味新鮮肉乾即完成。

#### **小提醒**
雞胸肉因壓成薄片狀，能減少食物乾燥機烘乾的時程。
