### **食材準備**

❶ 胡蘿蔔

❷ 馬鈴薯

❸ 肉醬罐頭

❹ 低筋麵粉

❺ 植物油

❻ 蛋黃

❼ 起士粉



### **作法**

❶ 胡蘿蔔、馬鈴薯蒸熟，壓成泥備用。

❷ 適量胡蘿蔔泥加入起士粉攪拌均勻，即為月餅的「蛋黃仁」。

❸ 馬鈴薯泥加入平常吃的寵物肉醬罐頭攪拌均勻，即成月餅的內餡。

❹ 低筋麵粉、植物油及起士粉攪拌均勻即為餅皮。

❺ 依序將步驟2、步驟3、步驟4包裹，放入模具中壓平成型。

❻ 在餅表面噴少許水，放入烤箱以200度烘烤10～15分鐘取出，刷上蛋黃液後再烤10～15分鐘即完成。







**小叮嚀**

1.用胡蘿蔔泥製作「蛋黃仁」時，因蘿蔔泥粘性低，容易散開，此時可利用保鮮膜包裹緊壓，增加結實度。

2.馬鈴薯是一種好消化又有益腸胃的碳水化合物來源，內含的維生素C經加熱後並不會流失太多。
