### **食材準備**

1.紅蘿蔔

2.白飯

3.鮪魚

4.奇異果



### **料理方式**

1.紅蘿蔔洗淨後磨成泥。

2.白飯煮好放涼。

3.鮪魚水煮後剝成小塊。

4.奇異果切丁。

5.依照順序盛入模中，並緊密壓實，再倒扣於盤中即可。
